Day 1: Introduction to version control with RStudio
Set up your computer
- If you have a MacOS: Make sure you have xcode command line tools installed
- For all OS: Make sure you have git installed by opening the terminal and running the following line of code:
git --version

- Create a GitHub account. Tips:
- Use an email that you will have access to for a long time.
- Choose a username that you will use in an academic setting.
